All ACT qualifier entries run in a separate section and require rollover to the open class. If you have already entered the open class twice through the PatriotEvent.com website, one of the non-American rollovers/run and the associated processing fee will be refunded by the producer.

You must enter The Patriot open barrel race separately through PatriotEvent.com or by entering the American Contender Tournament qualifier above. You may enter the sidepot on each of your Patriot Open 5D runs and win on each run separately!
This Athlete Entry Form and related documents pertain to Round One (“Round One”) of The American Rodeo Qualifier, which is a “side pot” to Producer’s Rodeo and is open to qualified entrants of Producer’s Rodeo. Athletes who enter the American Rodeo Qualifier have the chance to qualify to compete In subsequent rounds of the American Rodeo Semifinals, including The American Rodeo. (For clarity, Producer’s Rodeo is separately owned and operated from The American Rodeo, which is owned by TR The American, LLC.)
I acknowledge and agree that my participation in Round One of the American Rodeo is contingent upon my completion of this Athlete Entry Form, payment of the Round One Eligibility Fee, and my having reviewed, agreed to and accepted the terms of the following documents, which are incorporated herein by reference: (i) The American Rodeo Athlete Agreement; (ii) Qualification Procedures, Rules of Advancement and Potential Payouts for the American Rodeo ("Rules of Advancement").
